Week 1: Earth (Prithvi): The Foundation of Stability Week 2: Water (Jala): The Flow of Adaptability Week3: Fire (Agni): The Source of Transformation Week4: Air (Vayu): The Breath of Life Week 5: Ether (Akasha): The Space of Connection This will be the final series prior to summer. Classes are Livestreamed and also recorded for you. Livestreamed Friday Mornings, 9:30-10:30EST and simultaneously recorded. All registrants will receive the downloadable recordings.
